Welcome! I'm Sarah, a British Wheel of Yoga Teacher and Master Reiki Practitioner, deeply committed to guiding others on their path to wellness and self-discovery.
My passion for holistic healing runs deep, ignited by personal experiences of overcoming burnout and neglecting the high levels of stress and trauma in both my mind and body. Through gentle yoga practices and regular breathwork, I found solace and healing, realising the transformative power of these simple yet profound techniques. Though I didn’t realise it then, these practices were precisely what I needed for healing—I just had to listen.
Since attending my first yoga class in 2008, I’ve been consistently inspired, drawn to anything that enables self-healing and empowers us to enhance our well-being and I’ve often delved into the anatomy and science behind these practices. As a self-professed geek, I love getting to know the intricate mechanisms at play, which has without a doubt deepened my appreciation and dedication to yoga and reiki.
In my classes, I strive to create more than just a physical exercise; they're nurturing journeys of relaxation and self-discovery. Through guided breathwork, mindfulness, and relaxation, I aim to equip students with the tools for healing and moments of solace that they can carry with them beyond the class.
Reiki holds a special place in my heart, providing precious moments to connect on a profoundly deeper level and truly listen. It’s a truly beautiful practice, tapping into our innate capacity for universal healing, restoring balance and promoting well-being.
