A Bit About Me

Sarah Dean
As a certified British Wheel of Yoga Teacher and Reiki Practitioner, I’ve been delivering Chair Yoga classes for over a year, supporting individuals who may face mobility challenges or long-term health conditions. My approach blends gentle, seated movement, breathwork, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere — helping participants reconnect with their bodies, reduce stress, and feel more at ease. These classes are about more than just stretching — they’re about creating space for healing, confidence, and balance at every stage of life.
