The Benefits of Chair Yoga

  • Mobility:

We focus on enhancing muscle strength,
stability, and flexibility, especially in core areas. This not only improves
physical well-being and balance but also reduces the risk of injury, promoting
    overall health and vitality.

  • Relaxation:

We integrate breathwork and relaxation techniques in our
classes to alleviate stress and induce relaxation. By creating a sense of
calmness, we enhance mental well-being, enabling individuals to unwind and
    discover inner peace.

  • Accessibility:

Our classes offer a gentle approach, ensuring yoga is
accessible to those with mobility limitations. We welcome everyone, regardless
of age or ability, fostering inclusivity and participation in yoga practice.

What should I wear?

Feel free to wear comfy clothes that let you move and
unwind. It's great to practice without shoes and socks so you can really feel
connected to the ground. Also, consider layering up, as your temperature might
change during the practice.

What to expect

You can expect a relaxed, safe and welcoming environment filled with like-minded people. It's a gentle practice with plenty of modifications available to suit everyone's needs.

What to bring

We provide chairs and anti-slip mats. Feel free to bring your yoga mat for extra comfort and a blanket for relaxation, but they are not a necessity. Please ensure you've submitted your health form online ahead of the class.

Location / Facilities / Parking

There's a free car park located at the rear of the building, offering plenty of spaces for your convenience. Inside, you'll find a clean hall with toilet facilities, including disabled access, and there's even a kitchen available if needed.
